What does Cloudmore do?

Cloudmore is a Cloud Services Provider. We aggregate the best Cloud Services and make them available to customers via the IT reseller channel.

Do you sell directly to the customer?

No! Cloudmore has a strict channel strategy. We only provide services to resellers, never to end users.

What services do you offer?

Currently we offer, Hosted Exchange, Soonr Workplace, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, SharePoint (WSS), Virtual Private Cloud, F-Secure desktop anti-virus, Iron Mountain Connected backup for PC and Mac, Iron Mountain LiveVault server backup, MX Sweep e-mail security services, Hosted DNS services, FTP storage, and Cryptzone Encryption services.

What do the services cost?

All of our service prices are shown in the Partner area in the Partner portal. Our Partners set the end user price and normally include a number of added value services such as deployment, configuration and ongoing support.

Will Cloudmore handle customer support?

No. The Cloudmore Partner supports the End-User customer. If the Partner cannot resolve the customer issue the call is escalated to Cloudmore support. We do not normally contact or communicate with the Customer.

Who invoices the end customer?

The Cloudmore Partner invoices the customer. Cloudmore is not allowed to contact the customers and in most cases the customer does not even know Cloudmore exists.

Can the Cloudmore Partner brand the services with my company name?

The Partner are free to provide the services in your own name. Actually, you cannot sell the services under the Cloudmore brand even though you can say that you purchase the service from us if you think that brings extra credibility to your service offering.
