This change will not interrupt scheduled backups or restores requested prio to initiating the maintenance. The work will disable the Web UI and prevent customers from doing any tasks that require Web UI access. During the maintenance window, a message will be displayed indicating that the Web UI is unavailable.

Maintenance will begin on Sunday June 20th 2010 at 00:30 AM GMT and is expected to last approximately 2 hours until 02:30 AM GMT. 

While the scheduled maintenance window is approximately 2 hours, the outage might last longer than the stated period. Iron Mountain will make every effort to have the effected Web sites functioning as soon as possible.

Iron Mountain Live Vault will be performing a planned maintenance to increase the number of IP addresses of the MKS datacenter.

This maintenance will not interrupt your ability to access the Live Vault web UI, however will temporarily suspend primary backups going to the MKS datacenter for approximately 45 to 60 minutes. This maintenance will also temporarily suspend any restores that may be in progress as well. Upon completion of the upgrade all backups and restores will reestablish connection.

Maintenance will begin on Tuesday June 15th 2010 at 7 PM GMT and is expected to last approximately 2 hours until 9 PM GMT.

This change will not interrupt scheduled backups or restores requested prior to initiating the maintenance. The work will disable the Web UI and prevent customers from doing any tasks that require Web UI access. During the maintenance window, a message will be displayed indicating that the Web UI is unavailable.

Maintenance will begin on Sunday April 18th 2010 at 00:30 AM GMT and is expected to last approximately  two (2) hours until 02:30 AM GMT.

While the planned maintenance window is approximately two (2) hours, the outage might last longer than the stated period. Iron Mountain will make every effort to have the affected Web sites functioning as soon as possible.

No action from the customers is required.

This upgrade will enhance the user-interface and functionality of the portal and will include the following changes;

• The Partner login screen UI will be changed.
• In response to a number of reports of session time-out issues with the latest releases of Internet browsers (IE8, Firefox 3.5+ etc) we have modified how sessions are handled by the portal. This will result in increased stability of the clients portal when using these browsers.

There will be no interruption to the service during the maintenance window.
