How to create an admin account in the Control Panel
If you are a Cloudmore Partner and have access to the Control Panel you can use your login credentials to log in to the Partner Portal on Cloudmore's website.
It takes just a few simple steps in order to create an admin account in the Control Panel:
- The first time you register as a Cloudmore partner you receive a mail notification with your login credentials. Use these in order to access the Control Panel. Once you've done that we recommend that you change your password for security reasons. You can use these login credentials in order to access the Partner Portal as well.
- If you would like to create a new admin account then all you need to do is click on the radio button "+Admin" in the Control Panel.
- Fill in the required information.
- Choose type of administarator: Standard or Divison administrator. A standard administrator has full provisioning rights. A divison administrator has provisioning rights only for the accounts (organisations) created by him.
- When it is done, click on "Create".
- If you would like to view your admin accounts, click on the radio button "Open admin". Then you get an overview over all your admin accounts.
