What happens if we lose our Internet connection?
Answer: SharePoint will be unavailable until you have regained Internet connection again.
How secure is it to outsource our SharePoint to you?
Answer: Our secure server environment has the highest level of security and is probably many times safer than having SharePoint on your own server. In addition, you always own 100 % of your data legally. Everything between us is governed by clear agreements including the SLA (Service-Level Agreement).
Where do we turn if we need help and support?
Answer: We offer help and can arrange a support contract if you wish.
