The emerging cloud ecosystem
Cloudmore strongly believes and has seen that a cloud ecosystem is starting to emerge. Both Vendors and IT professionals are increasingly aware that the fundamental shift to distributed computing is causing disruption in the value chain and this is creating threats and opportunities. Vendors are not generally experts in building and managing a wide channel, and IT resellers do not have the bandwidth to evaluate, and manage complex contractual and commercial relationships with many cloud service providers. As cloud services really take off, service integration, data portability and re-use and identity management will become more and more important. Intermediation platforms, cross Vendor bundling and a single unified experience will become crucial successful adoption.
Our business model
Our Business model is very straightforward. Our Vendors would normally provide the services from their own production facilities. We make the service available through CSAP to the Cloudmore reseller channel. The reseller in-turn provides the service to its customer adding their own value wrap as is appropriate. The reseller supports the customer with installation, configuration as appropriate and training. They also provide the on-going 1st line support.
